We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our team! This is a part-time, remote position. They must be organized, able to meet high demands, meet deadlines, and have a strong commitment to  deliver with excellence. This is a part-time contractor role to start with room to grow.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communications with key stakeholders across various teams to align campaign objectives and deliverables.

  • Understand the creative landscape and objectives on all projects and provide substantive feedback to the team on all deliverables, including creative, testing plans, QA, production and execution.

  • Manage project schedules and other ad hoc requests.

  • Ensure that all assets and deliverables are successfully executed according to the work plan and that all stakeholders are up-to-date with progress and changes to plan.

  • Serve as liaison between leadership,  marcom team, creative, and external vendors and clients

  • Throughout the project lifecycle, enforce file naming conventions, ensure project files are archived and properly saved, and organize final creative deliverables

  • Ideal candidate  will also be able to filter and communicate client feedback and understand how client pitches/presentations and client review processes work in order to create development schedules and translate for the creative team

  • Report to the Founder

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Degree or certification in Project Management or SCRUM nice to have

  • Experience with Visual Design, UX Design, or similar field required

  • Minimum one (2) years of Traffic Coordinating, Project Coordinating, or Account Management experience at an Advertising/Integrated Marketing/Creative Agency.

  • Solid Project Management skills with expertise in creative development process and creative project specs across various mediums including paid, print, digital, social and video.

  • Experience with sophisticated project management tools.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Fluent in MS Office and familiar with creative applications

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven track record of leading project communications with  leadership, designers and clients.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solution-oriented, strong collaborator, and team player

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
